ON-SITE LOGISTICS INFORMATION & cancellation policies

Located about 30 miles north of Boston, picturesque Moraine Farm is the home of Project Adventure. The Frederick Law Olmsted-designed campus provides an unforgettable setting for your training. 

The following logistics apply to our site in Beverly, MA:

LODGING SUGGESTIONS 

Lodging is not available on-site, however there are several lodging options within 6 miles of Project Adventure. Click HERE to view hotel/motel, campground, public transit, and airport information as well as driving directions.

WHAT TO EXPECT 

Lunch 

Lunch will be provided. Participants will choose from a local menu which can accommodate most dietary needs and food allergies. Participants are encouraged to bring snacks to support their active days of learning. The use of a reusable water bottle is encouraged as a refilling station is available. Coffee and tea will be provided; breakfast and dinner offsite are not provided. 

Weather 

Workshops run rain or shine. Plan to dress in clothing and footwear you are able to be comfortable and active in. Warm and waterproof layers are recommended depending on the season.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Workshops may be canceled by PA due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances with attempts to notify registrants at least 14 days in advance.  All registration fees will be refunded if PA cancels.  Participants should account for this when booking non-refundable travel, as PA is not liable for any travel costs.  A registrant cancellation within 14 days of workshop start day will result in the forfeit of the registration fee; however, 50% of that fee can be applied to future workshop enrollment (to be used within 1 year). No reimbursements or refunds will be given for partial attendance nor no-shows.
